Extremely disappointed in Connor Plumbing Beaumont, Texas. My husband and I spent thousands of dollars, THOUSANDS. They had to drill into our concrete to replace pipes and bust out exterior bricks. The brickwork is absolutely atrocious. It looks hideous ...and was redone THREE times with each time looking worse. Once we said this was unacceptable, they then said they would redo it if we went out and found a brick to match. My poor husband has spent countless hours over the last several months trying to find brick that they destroyed to no avail. The company did not follow-up or offer any other options. I called Connor plumbing to come and take a look at the knobs in my bath tub because the plastic pieces inside the connection pipe that hooks the knob to the pipes in the wall was stripped ( literally a $3 part that needed to be replaced, I just didn’t ...have the tools to do it myself) well the lovey plumber who came to take a look at them quoted me a price of over $600 dollars to replace a part that only took a THREE DOLLARS, a trip to sutherlands and 30 minutes to swap the pieces out.
